What’s included in the full retreat package?

 

• Your own room for 3 nights in the capital of Croatia, Zagreb, at Hotel Dubrovnik.

 

• Your own room for 7 nights in the Mediterranean region called Istria, in the town of Rovinj, at Hotel Eden Rovinj.

 

• All meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

 

• Transportation between Zagreb and Rovinj (via our own private minibus).

 

• Welcome packet and gift bag.

 

• Retreat teachings, workshops and ceremonies, including Temple Dance with Deonesea La Fey, Energy Codes with Courageous Being, and Inner Child Integration classes and practices.

 

• 4 day trip excursions inclusive of all entrance fees, guide fees, and tickets. The trips include visits to some of the most special and ancient places in Istria - Pula, Groznjan, and Motovun.

Is airfare included in the retreat package?

 

No, airfare is not included in the retreat price. We are available to help you brainstorm best ways to get to Croatia – feel free to email us.

 

Do I need to pay the full price when I reserve my spot?

 

No, we only require a 21% deposit for the retreat upon registration ($1000). The remaining amount is collected about 45 days prior to the start of the retreat. The last date to register is September 1st, 2023.

 

Do you offer refunds?

 

We can give a 50% refund up until June 1st, 2023, and 25% refund between June 1 and Aug 1. All payments are completely non-refundable after August 1st, 2023.

 

Do you have payment plans?

 

Yes, they are an option. We do not offer them on the website, but if money and payment are the only things preventing you from signing up for this retreat, please email us, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

 

We also partner with Maui Ramos, who is a holistic financial planner, yogi, and energy worker. He helps people from all walks of life build a resilient road map toward their financial goals. There is no cost to meet with him or design your plan. One of his core beliefs is that an investment in self-healing and self-discovery pays the highest returns. Do you require travel insurance?

 

Yes. We ask that you obtain travel insurance, with a medical component, and that you send us proof of your policy before the trip. In our experience, travel insurance is very inexpensive for all it covers. An easy way to begin your insurance search is by exploring the options here: www.insuremytrip.com.  

 

Do I have to participate in the excursions and/or evening workshops?

 

We request that everyone join us for the evening workshops, so that we create a clear and consistent container for all of the retreat participants. You are, of course, always at choice about whether you participate in the practices that are being led, but we do ask that you attend. All of the excursions are optional. We encourage you to join us for all portions of the retreat, but the emphasis is on recharging and following your flow, so if you’d rather relax by yourself, soak in the nature around the hotel, or visit Rovinj – you are welcome to do so.

Courageous Being is a center focused on humanizing the world of business through conscious leadership education, training and community support. In addition to her work in HER Mystery School, Deonesea is an intrepid explorer, trusted ceremonialist, experienced Priestess, and lifelong dancer. Deonesea is a sensuality coach and movement facilitator who is deeply trained and experienced in sensuality and embodiment practices, ecstatic dance forms, and initiatory rites. Deonesea supports both women and men to release themselves from past experiences and conditioning that inhibits their eroticism, so that they can find their own personal pathways to ecstasy.
