INTENTION SETTING PRACTICE
In this first preparatory practice, you will anchor your intention into this 9 month journey, creating a foundation from which to move forward, and a compass with which to point your ship. You will want to find a quiet, safe space where you can close your eyes and have about 20 minutes of undistracted presence. I would also recommend that you bring a journal or writing supplies of some kind so that you can capture some words or images that will remind you of your intention in the days to come.

You may feel inspired to prepare for the start of the school in other ways - creating an altar, cleansing body or home, making art, etc. Or you may just launch right in and trust the flow of it all to unfold. I encourage you to follow whatever is inspiring, easeful, and natural.
