Sumaya will work with you to customize nine months of support for spiritual or physical healing and development that follows Baraka: The Sufism and Women’s Health Mentorship curriculum. She will offer you uniquely woven healings and teachings designed to cultivate a space of rest from the doing of the world and receiving from the Divine presence within. You do not need or want to be Sufi to enroll in this mentorship. SUFISM GROUP MENTORSHIP

Come journey with me as we love our whole selves and rest in the Divine within. For this experience, you will co-create a nine month mentorship with Deonesea that is designed specifically for your personal needs. Whether you are in need of an overhaul of your relationship patterns, a more loving relationship with your own body and sexuality, or a greater understanding of yourself as a spiritual being, you will discuss with her where you are and where you want to go such that you will set a trajectory for your growth through these nine months.

During each month’s session you will discuss what is happening in your life and Deonesea will guide you in how you can apply that month’s teachings to your world in a way that supports you to live more fully embodied in your feminine essence. Deep Feminine Sexuality and Intimacy

Six Week Immersion

As we navigate a world in which sexuality has been understood almost entirely from a male perspective for eons of time, it is really important for us as women to come to an understanding of our sexuality, and the ways we share it intimately, through a feminine wisdom perspective. When we understand our bodies and our sexual energy and how they work, we empower ourselves to enjoy pleasure - sexual and otherwise - in new and more fulfilling ways. From body shame to past hurts to lack of education to the ever moving tides of female hormones, there’s a lot to come to understand about female sexuality.

This six week immersion is designed to offer education and exploration of what it is to turn to our sexuality from a feminine understanding, both for our own personal life experience and for sharing with another. As a group, we will delve into deep questions around sex, pleasure, female bodies, and what it is to be a sensual and sexually actualized woman. THE SIX WEEK SEXUALITY AND INTIMACY IMMERSION FLOW OF CONTENT:

Week 1: What is “Feminine” Sexuality?

Understanding the differences between female sexuality and male sexuality.

Week 2: Turning Towards our Sexual Energy

Cultivating our relationship with our own individual sexual energy current,

and clearing anything blocking its flow.

Week 3: Loving Our Bodies… Just the Way They Are

Learning how to love, accept and enjoy our own unique bodies,

so that we can enjoy sex and intimacy more.

Week 4: Addressing Shame

Turning towards the pain that’s been inflicted by others and ourselves (consciously or not), and dealing with the hurt that remains.

Nine Month Mentorship Bundle

This add-on to your school year will give you all of the teachings of Alchemy of Intimacy, the mentorship track Deonesea offered in the early years of HMS. Each month you will receive a 10-15 minute video teaching from Deonesea that correlates with that month of the school. For example, during the month of Homecoming you will receive a video on how to apply the teachings of Homecoming to your relationship, or the relationship you desire.

Through this mentorship bundle you’ll learn how to cultivate empowerment and liberation from past and present entrapment, or compromise of your essential self, in intimate relationships.

Few, if any, of us received adequate modeling or learning around what healthy intimate relationships look and feel like. Most of us entered the world of romantic relationships with no clue as to how to do them well, and have found ourselves trapped in painful patterns and dysfunction with no idea of how to get out of them.

When we’re in it, it’s so hard to see what we’re in…especially if we’ve never received needed information to know what we’re actually dealing with. On top of that, oxytocin bonding for a woman is very real and can make it incredibly difficult to extract herself from being bonded with someone who’s wrong for her.

However, with the right kind of support and guidance, it is entirely possible to alchemize those old patterns into intimacy gold.

Nine Month Group Mentorship with Deonesea and Jamila

The transitions and challenges that women face at midlife with hormonal and psychological changes, is a topic rarely addressed in culture except for the way Hollywood makes women out to be crazy. While much is said about the "midlife crisis" for men, it is rarely acknowledged that women also go through a big change at this time in life, perimenopause to menopause. The result is that women often feel alone as they go through what seems like the loss of their youth and their beauty... and in many, many cases, their value. Not only is there scanty information about this tremendous change available, but what little is out there is steeped in resignation and lacking in feminine wisdom teaching.

Such a huge part of what happens to Woman in her midlife is that she falls prey to the cultural adoration of the Maiden's form. As she watches her body change, largely outside of her control (thank you, hormones), while being immersed in a world culture that worships youth and beauty, Woman finds herself having no true and natural context for dealing with the appearance of wrinkles and cellulite and the disappearance of her former muscle tone. Add to that hot flashes, unpredictable bleeds and moodiness, and she experiences herself as the "hot mess" that culture would label her.

This program is the solution to that dilemma.

She is also a health educator with eight years of experience devoted to women's reproductive health and wellness, centered on sacred self-care. Would you like one-on-one support from a Sufi health educator about loving and honoring your body and spirit through the lens of Love? Sumaya will work with you to customize nine months of support for spiritual or physical healing and development that follows Baraka: The Sufism and Women’s Health Mentorship curriculum, exploring practical and mystical information about the uterus, breasts, ovaries, menstruation, menopausal transition, eyes, clitoris, orgasm, and the heart in a way that each organ or body process relaxes more deeply into the light of Divine Love within you. She will offer you uniquely woven healings and teachings designed to cultivate a space of rest from the doing of the world and receiving from the Divine presence within. You do not need or want to be Sufi to enroll in this mentorship.

Sufism is a path of generous Love inspired by Beauty and imbued with Grace. Sufism supports you to be the daughter of your moment, unhindered by the weight of yesterday or tomorrow. This path offers teachings and practices that will hold you in a deep and mystical container of safety and eternal love. You do not need to be or want to be Sufi to enroll in this mentorship; just curious about how health information, Sufi teachings, and practices alongside breathing and movement may support your body, heart, and spirit in her journey.

We oscillate between times of constriction and times of expansion. Sufism is a path of Remembrance that holds you through the constant changing and sings the song of your Truth to you as you learn the way home to your spirit and to Source. Sufism says, “Come home, my Daughter, and drink from the well of Love within.” This is the real Freedom: to live in the world but not be of it.

As women, we often have schedules overflowing with work, family, and home responsibilities. Within all our responsibilities, there is a space to relax in our Divinity. Divine light is embedded within us; we need only breathe and relax into this light that is our birthright. This mentorship incorporates Sufism with breathing and movement practices alongside practical and mystical information about the uterus, breasts, ovaries, menstruation, menopausal transition, eyes, clitoris, orgasm, and the heart. This is a journey with and through the woman’s body to the Divine in a way that cloaks her body with Divine Light and Love, supporting the spirit in her connection to Love.
