There are two practices here, a short and long version of The Lovemaking. I invite you to work with it a lot! Don't think of it as something you have to carve out time, space and total presence for. Yes, do that if you can sometimes, but you can listen to this while falling asleep, use the short one to take a little break from work or the day, etc. Maybe you can think of it as having a hot love affair with Creation :)
